afternoon tea...you either do it or you don't...
we do it...
especially on a friday...
yep, it probably makes dinner time trickier...
it probably fills*up* the kids just when i'm meant to be *starving* them off till tea time...
but i don't care...
on the days that we have nothing *on* after school...
and especially on a friday...
i love the kiddos coming in to *graze* after a day away...
i love seeing them together laughing...eating...still happy & high from their day...
i like getting the table ready...
i like having *extras* over...
my mother instilled it in me...& i do it for my kids...
...it ends the day before the beginning of the evening....
...do you *afternoon tea*?...

...this week i want to give the the roses from our table, my *friday flower* to a wonderful aussie gal...
...she is the romantic summer side of me...
...the part of me that wants to surround my self in white & icecream pastels...
...the side that is calm & content...
