I wish that I had a dollar for every cup of green beer I've ever had in my life. Then I would go out and buy some better drinks because I'm so sick of them by now. So when I decided to host a party for the holiday with my girlfriend, I decided we would serve some better drinks than just green beer.
But I also wanted some really good mixed drinks that fit in with the holiday and not just standard ones. I found a couple of mixed drinks that I think will be perfect, including one called an Irish Monk. I'll have to serve some other standard drinks and even some Guinness just because it wouldn't be a good party without those too.
